for example - today in conversation...

out of context some of these words sound harsh and self-important, but in the conversations where i used them they flow... funny how that goes.

Mon, March 7, 2005 - 8:09 PMit was corporate slang but i was using it in a conversation about food styling ... i said there was nothing in my instructions that indicated the chef expected additional "actionable" ingredients and props for the job. a corporate guy said it first and so i used it in my reply. under the circumstances it sounded better than "you didn't tell me the guy needed stuff to 'do things' with"...
i always sounds like legalese (funny word) to me.
as in "if you do not cease and desist this will be considered actionable, and i'll see you in court"
